Call (630) 492-1164 and press 2 for tech support, then 2 again for the assistant.
A patient AI helper that Kallan set up walks you through the fix one step at a time, in plain words. Take as long as you need.
Tell it your code (WEB25) for the $25 price. You only pay if the problem gets fixed, by card on your phone keypad or by an emailed invoice.
Anything it can’t fix goes straight to Kallan. He calls you back for a remote session or an in-person visit.

Local, not a call center. Welsh Systems is based at 104 W Comanche Ave in Shabbona, Illinois.
You can always reach Kallan. Press 1 on the tech menu to leave him a message, and every case the assistant can’t solve goes to him.
